Putting your waste out too late

The waste collection process commences at time determined by your property’s schedule. Please see your property’s schedule in your initial welcome email and/or app notification. If your bin isn’t out before this time, even a delay of a few minutes could result in missed collection as the waste collectors might have already made their rounds.

Bringing your container inside too soon

Waste collection is scheduled to proceed well into the late hours. Factors such as the size of the community, its layout, and amount of trash can influence the duration of the collection process, which could stretch to 3-5 hours to completely clean up the community.

Not being within the guidelines and regulations

It’s imperative to adhere to all stipulated rules and procedures. Ensure that all trash is neatly bagged, secured, and positioned appropriately within the allocated bin. Flattened boxes are the only exception to this rule. Additional bags may be neatly stacked inside the bin if needed. It is worth noting that most management companies or property owners disallow the placement of bags directly on the breezeway floor to prevent potential staining, which could result in charges imposed by your property.

How Does Billing Work?

Talkin’ Trash Luxury Disposal Solutions is engaged under a contract by either the property owner or the property management company of your residential community. We do not issue bills to individual residents directly. Therefore, for any billing inquiries, kindly get in touch with your leasing office. Our service is established with the intent of optimizing waste removal operations across entire communities. Consequently, communities we serve typically don’t provide the option for individual residents to discontinue this service.

Why did I receive an app notification & my trash wasn’t collected?

Your Talkin’ Trash app will provide you notifications on when your trash was picked up. In the event that your trash was not collected, it can be one of the reasons below:

Moving In/Out - Bin Procedure

The responsibility of assigning and monitoring Talkin’ Trash Luxury Disposal Solutions bins for residents falls under the purview of your community leasing office. Therefore, upon moving in, we recommend that you request a bin from your leasing office.
When moving out, it’s essential to thoroughly clean your waste bin before handing it back. Failure to do so may result in a fine imposed by your leasing office.
